Foam & Rubber Returns, Delivery & Postage Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days with a valid receipt.
  • Products must be unused, uncut, and in original condition.
  • Custom-cut or shaped products cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Cut-to-size foam or rubber sheets
  • Custom shapes or designs
  • Opened or used items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days.
  • We will replace the item or provide a full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which gives consumers the right to a remedy for major faults.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for items of the same type and value, subject to stock availability.
  • Postage for exchanges is at the customer’s expense unless due to an error on our part.

6. Returns via Post

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Please pack items securely to avoid damage.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

7. Consumer Rights under ACL

  • Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, even if it is outside our standard return period.
